InsulVent is the insulated crawlspace
vent. Made in the USA in Muskegon, MI., it was developed by a builder who saw the need to make it easier to insulate the crawl-space and to replace damaged vent screens.
Homeowners insulate their crawl spaces to keep as much warmth under the house as possible. But with the vent area uninsulated the cold air was still able to get under and into the house. So,
for years, homeowners have crawled under the house to stuff insulation into the vent in the fall and then crawled back under there to remove the insulation in the spring.

InsulVent makes it unnecessary to go under the house to install vent insulation. It has a door that opens from the exterior of the house. In the fall just open the vent door and insert the insulation. In the spring, remove the insulation, store it for future use, and you have full ventilation again.
Screen Broken? No need to replace the whole vent!
Replacing the screenOnce you have installed InsulVents you won't need to remove the whole vent just because you have a torn screen. With InsulVent you need only slide out the old screen and slide in the new one.
